Logistics Executive

Who is this for?

The job is expected to communicate with different teams such as Customer Service, Production and Procurement team to ensure our customer orders are delivered on time and on target.

You are someone who is Positive, Driven, and has Good Organization Skills. You are careful and attentive to details.

What do we expect from you?

• Receive and Confirm Customer Orders
  
• Prepare the order and get it ready for dispatch
• Provide Order and Delivery Clarifications (eg: Check Status or Change of order information) to our Customer Service Team
• Communicate with Production Team to check on the status of the flower bouquets
• Work closely with the Dispatch team (within the logistics team) to get the items dispatched
• Work closely with the Logistics Manager to supervise the Order Fulfillment team

What do we need from you?

• Singaporeans welcome
  
• Poly/A-level/ ITE qualifications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Good command of English)
• 1 - 2 years operations experience preferred, but fresh grads welcome
• Quick and Creative ability to problem-solving
• Great Personality with a Positive Attitude in general

Job Highlights

• Start immediately
  
• 5.5 days a week (at least one weekend day work required), 44h/week, between 8.30am to 6pm
