Logistics Executive

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrative duties in the logistics department

Scopes:

• Stock receiving, issuing and stock inventory function.
• Ensure proper administrative documentation, picking and dispatching of deliveries.
• Manage schedule and plan daily delivery routes for delivery team.
• Monitor stock levels for both cold room and dry-store, to ensure compliance with inventory FEFO function.
• Arrange for delivery vehicle servicing, repair and maintenance works.
• Perform weekly stock cycle count, month end inventory and stock replenishment function.
• Responsible for daily HACCP administrative records.
• Verify cash card activities and stock picking prior to dispatch or delivery.
• Ensure raw materials are promptly issued to Central Production team.
• Ensure accurate update of ERP System and generate daily D/O and S/O.
