MARINE SUPERINTENDENT

• Conduct ISM/ISPS/ISO internal audits.
• Perform Cargo/Navigation/Mooring internal audits.
• Serve as the Company SMS (Safety Management System) responsible person.
• Oversee SIRE/CDI/PSC/FSC inspections.
• Act as Vessel Technical Manager per ISM, ISO, and shipowner requirements.
• Monitor Navigation, Cargo, Ballast, and Tank Cleaning operations.
• Handle International Conventions, Flag State, and CSR-related works.
• Investigate incidents and provide comprehensive reports (if any).
• Manage the handover and takeover of newly built and second-hand vessels.
• Measure, analyze, and evaluate company KPIs.
• Conduct regular ship visits for training and verification.
• Monitor and follow up on non-conformities.
• Ensure maritime cybersecurity measures are implemented.
• Oversee TMSA (Tanker Management Self-Assessment) processes.
• Collaborate on Shell PiS (Partners in Safety) initiatives.
• Monitor daily vessel operations.

Qualifications:

• Service experience as Master or Chief Officer on Oil and Chemical Tankers for at least 2 years
• Strong knowledge of ISM/ISPS/ISO standards and marine regulations.
• Proven track record in auditing, vessel management, and incident investigation.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in maritime cybersecurity and familiarity with TMSA practices.
