Operations Manager

CYC Operations Manager manages our company’s operating assets efficiently and prudently to execute moves and deliveries for all our clients. He / she works closely with our clients to advise, plan and coordinate their moving, delivery and storage requirements and takes pride in providing a trusted and assuring moving and delivery experience for every client.

Job Description 

• Manage all company operating assets including moving supervisors and crews, trucks, equipment and other resources
• Plan, organize and deploy operating assets to execute moves and deliveries
• Track and report job operating profits
• Manage and organize warehouse facility and processes
• Conduct move briefings and site visits to understand clients’ move requirements
• Attend client meetings for operational purposes
• Execute damage and claims procedures

Requirements: 

• Speak and write good English and a 2nd local language
• Excellent organizational skills
• Sharp listening skills
• Contactable on evenings, weekends and Public Holidays when required
• ITE and above accreditation preferred
