Order Fulfilment Assistant

This position

(a) will last for one-month, with a one-week notice for termination. This is also suitable for those who have been retrenched or are on no-pay leave who are unsure about what they may do for the longer term.   

(b) This position is convertible to a full time position for the suitable candidate within the first month.

The primary duties of the Order Fulfillment Assistant will include the following:

• Pick and pack products ordered on-site or online by customers (members)
• Key in invoices for orders on-site
• Collect payment which include credit card, NETS and cash
  
• Collect stock from third party warehouse, arrange stock in the storeroom
  
• Doing stock count, and update stock level
  
• Make product order to third party warehouse, based on stock level guidelines
  
• Answer basic questions about products (health supplements and personal care products)
  
• Key in new member info into the system
  
• Multi-task as part of a small team
  
  

Among the requirements expected of candidates are:

• Being able to carry stock (the heaviest one is 14 kg)
  
• Being able to learn to use order fulfillment system
  
• Being able to work well as part of a team
