Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description:

Order processing 

• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

• Communicate with both internal and external parties regarding order processing.

• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicate relevant information.

• International shipment arrangement. (By sea and by air)

• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

• Monitor customer payment status & support sales team on collection.

Warehousing and Stock Take

• Maintain accuracy of physical stock & software.

• Willing to do groundwork (stock check, bringing items from warehouse).

• Assist warehouse personnel in handling warehousing operation.

Reporting

• Generate sales, purchase and stock related reports upon request.

Others

• Any others ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (In order to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking associates).

• At least 1 year of working experience in the relevant field or Supply Chain Management is required for this position.

• Working experience in wholesale industry required.

• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

• Able to start work immediate or short notice period.
