The Supply Management Assistant is responsible to coordinate the purchasing, inventory and supply of goods, medical supplies, other consumables required for the continued daily operation of the nursing home
Responsibilities:
• Receiving delivery of goods and supplies
• Verify that goods received are correct against delivery order and purchase documents
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in store room
• Pick and pack goods and deliver to respective internal departments as per schedule
• Monitor inventory and ensure minimum stock level of items is maintained
• Store Administration tasks
Requirements:
• 3 years working experience in supply chain, purchasing
• Well versed in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Detailed and meticulous
• Physically fit to carry up to 8kg weight of boxes
• Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage
