Warehouse Manager, Assistant (FMCG Industry In-house Logistics BG)

Working Location: West - Penjuru

Responsibilities:

• Implement, organize, and optimize systems and workflows, continuously seeking improvements in the team’s day-to-day operations.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), while maintaining compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Oversee the timely completion and maintenance of work documents and records.
• Regularly assess and streamline work processes to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze operational reports and implement process improvements based on findings, such as delivery schedules and packing timelines.
• Ensure the accuracy and punctuality of team outputs and documentation.
• Identify training needs within the team and ensure training programs are effective and yield measurable results.
• Provide training for new hires and update existing processes as necessary.
• Enforce and maintain discipline among warehouse staff to ensure a productive and professional working environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations management, particularly within FMCG warehousing or in-house logistics.
• Possession of a valid Singapore Forklift License.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective people management skills.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
• Proficient in computer applications with strong data analysis skills.
