Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Warehouse Manager located in Tuas West (Near to MRT). Our client is in the logistics industry. This role involves managing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely product deliveries while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards. Key responsibilities include leading and training the warehouse team, optimizing storage and distribution processes, and coordinating local and export deliveries. The position also requires acting as the Risk Management leader (bizSAFE), implementing safety measures, and addressing operational risks. Clear communication with clients, cost management, and KPI tracking are essential to improve productivity and support company goals. Other duties may be assigned as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with proven warehouse management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced setting.
