Job Description - Management Trainee

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

JOB SCOPE

Successful applicant shall be trained to operate and partake in the management role after the first 2 years of training
Training shall involve all aspects of sales and marketing , business development , project management and operations
Trainee shall be placed under the mentorship of a senior
Trainee shall be expected to conduct research , surveys and sales and marketing activities in the first year of work

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Trainee must be a graduate of a local polytechnic or university from the business faculty
Trainee must have an excellent command of English both spoken and written
Trainee should be self driven , dynamic and ambitious
Trainee should have good time management skills and be responsible
