Mechanical Design Engineer

• Design and develop precision mechanical systems and equipment for advanced engineering applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Perform component selection, tolerance analysis, motion system design, and system integration.
• Conduct mechanical testing, validation, and technical evaluations to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Support product release to manufacturing, including documentation and assembly instructions.
• Drive continuous improvement in design, manufacturability, and product quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment design within semiconductor, automation, electronics, or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, tolerance stack-up analysis, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Proficient in 3D CAD design software, preferably SolidWorks.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Experience with precision motion systems or thermal-related mechanical solutions is an advantage.
