Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities

- Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to increase productivity and efficiency.

- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot technical or quality issues.

- Analyze production data and recommend process improvements.

- Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities.

- Work closely with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to achieve operational goals.

- Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and reports.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.

- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality and safety standards.

- Monitor machine performance, process capability, and yield improvement.

- Support continuous improvement projects such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma initiatives.

- Coordinate with suppliers or customers on technical and process-related matters when required.

- Assist in training production operators on process requirements and improvements.

Job Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering,

Industrial Engineering, or related field.

- Experience in manufacturing or precision engineering environment is preferred.

- Knowledge of CNC machining, metal fabrication, semiconductor processes, or precision components is

an advantage.

- Familiar with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.

- Ability to analyze technical problems and provide practical solutions.

- Good understanding of quality control tools and engineering drawings.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software/tools.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently
