PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

The Job

· Effective management of the production operations.

· Ensure effective and efficient use of materials, manpower, machines, and equipment so as, to minimize wastage, reject downtime, and reworks.

· Implement quality, safety, and environmental policies to comply with company and statutory regulations.

· Continually seek to improve productivity by recommending and initiating policies, producers, and methods.

· Meet or exceed customer requirements, not limited to quality standards and delivery.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Degree/Diploma in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

· 2 – 3 years relevant experience in chemical manufacturing.

· Working knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, and Halal standards.
