E-Commerce Marketing cum PR Executive

Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

- Responsible for managing web portal and managing online sales, content, development, delivery.

- Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement

- Lead in all aspects of E-Commerce business including promotional campaign planning, content strategy, and development.

- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), and promotional events

- Manage PR efforts including media relations and influencer programs.

- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures

- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, social media, etc.)

- Oversee and manage the marketing budget

- Conduct and responsible for the Facebook Live Show.

- Manage Retail promotion plan.

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Competencies and Skills Required

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related disciplines.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, brand management, direct marketing preferably in-service industries; F&B; and Retail.

- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.

- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.

- Strong creativity, initiative, negotiation, good management skill, communication, and problem-solving skills are requisite for the job

- Pleasant personality, energetic, dynamic, independent and self-motivated

- Strong project management and coordination are required

- Have a good eye for detail

- Able to deliver under pressure and the tight deadline.
