Job Description


PouchPASS is a new-to-market wearable product for continuous temperature monitoring. We are looking for an ambitious Sales Director to spearhead sales and establish PouchPASS globally.  The ideal candidate should be excited to join an innovative and enterprising young company  with a hands-on approach to drive revenue growth.

The Sales Director position is responsible for overall team management, customer and sales channel acquisition as well as revenue growth. The job includes developing key growth strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is crucial to achieve revenue targets. The Sales Director objectives will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. This position has the potential to rise up to the level of Managing Director/CEO for the entire PouchPass business, should he/she prove to be able to handle the responsibilities.


  1. Report directly to the Board of Management on Sales and Revenue achievement based on agreed upon targets.
  2. Utilized multiple sales channels to reach revenue targets. Channels include, but are not limited to: online, direct sales (B2C, B2B, B2G) as well as channel sales via distributors and resellers..
  3. Design sales strategies that circles around developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  4. Support the Board of Directors in designing pricing policies and structures, warranty and logistics costs, and other costs related to the product at hand.
  5. Manage, monitor, and coach the sales teams spread across multiple regions and timezones, as well as oversee internal sales policies and strategies.
  6. Supervise the sales team in handling distributor/reseller agreements and structures, including setting the KPIs and managing channel performance.
  7. Liaise with VP Marketing in developing sales plans in order to reach or surpass sales and revenue targets.
  8. Coordinate with VP Operations/Logistics in creating a workflow to maintain customer satisfaction levels.
  9. Maintain an understanding of category-specific landscapes and trends.
  10. Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.


  • Familiarity with the  wearable technology industry is an advantage
  • Sufficient proficiency of sales channels including but not limited to e-commerce, direct sales, distributor, and reseller partnerships.
  • Team management and organisational skills experience
  • Proven track record of establishing new products and  meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
