Senior Creative Designer

Who is this for?

Xpressflower.com is looking for an experienced individual who has worked in a Marketing or Design Agency as a Creative/Graphic designer. We are looking for someone who will be leading the creative direction, design, and development of all creative.

You will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and will be working in the marketing team along. The job is expected to communicate with different teams such as Retail/Ecommerce/F&B to get their graphics requirements.

What do we expect from you?

• Creative production of marketing materials, such as event posters, flyers, banners, eSignage social media (Facebook/Instagram) graphics etc.
• Brainstorming and discussing with the team for new theme/ideas/design
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager in ideation, planning, developing, and executing marketing/promotional campaigns (both offline and online) in the area of design work.
• Photography of products and items
• Help to elevate the look of the Xpressflower brand
• Manage other Designer

Marketing

• Partake in brainstorming and discussion within the marketing team for ideas
• Be willing to share ideas and opinions about promotions and merchandising
• Assist in campaign execution when needed especially in Major events (eg: VDay)

What do we need from you?

• Diploma in design, fine arts, or related field or equivalent visual design and management experience required; Non-related academic background will be considered if someone presents a strong portfolio.
• Good portfolio reflecting 4-5 years of experience working with either websites, e-marketing, and advertising.
• Strong in Photoshop, illustrator and/or relevant design tools a
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Good command of English)
• Strong aesthetic sense and intuitive understanding of visual design impacting buyer’s desire.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals and typography.
• Knowledge in Web Layout using HTML is an advantage.
• A passion to inspire great design and ideas in a team environment
• Great Personality with a Positive Attitude in general
