Job Description - Business Development Executive (Outdoor/Indoor Freight Forwarding Sales) - Continuous Learning Oppor

We are searching for an analytical Business Development Executive (Outdoor/Indoor Freight Forwarding Sales) to join our collaborative team at CVista HR Consulting Pte Ltd in East Region.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and developing new accounts/ businesses.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, Tele-Marketing & networking.
  • Carrying out sales calls/ sales visits.
  • Visiting potential customers/ preparing quotations and proposals.
  • Gathering market and customer information on current and future trends.
  • Handling day to day customer enquiries, in-house system data entry.
  • Monitoring and arranging shipments for customer and handling their feedbacks
  • Providing consistent interaction with clients to create and maintain customer relations.
  • Actively promote the company's services and participate in sales activities.
  • Ensuring company announcements, products, services, rates, policies and operational changes are communicated to customers on a timely basis.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Working closely with operations to ensure timely completion of services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Shipping or a related field
  • At least 2 to 3 years of sales experience in the Freight Forwarding industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships (both internal and external)
  • Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
  • Singaporean Only
