Job Description - Diver

Responsibilities

Ensure diving gears are well maintained and kept safe
Perform diving works in the dry dock during docking and undocking of vessels
Align vessels in line with keel block and chocking of side blocks to support vessels
Preparation of concrete blocks before docking of vessels
Assist Dock Master in vessel shifting works
Operate winches for mooring lines

Skills Requirements

Minimum Diploma qualified
Valid diving certification
Experience in diving and underwaters works
Knowledge of diving with oxygen tank as required under MOM guidelines
Familiar with shipyard dry dock work
Ability to maintain a high level of alertness at work
Attention to detail
