Job Description - FOOD SERVICES OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description:

As a Food Services Operations Manager at M.Connect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. Your responsibilities include addressing inquiries and requests promptly, collaborating with various departments and partners for seamless operations, and actively contributing ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will engage in service quality initiatives, handle payment collections, and manage administrative duties for the center.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with internal departments and partners to ensure the swift and high-quality resolution of customer matters.

Contribute innovative ideas to enhance customer service, operational efficiency, and overall service culture within M.Connect.

Manage payment collections and perform center-related administrative duties.

Actively participate in service quality initiatives to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE N/O level or equivalent educational qualification.

At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a service-oriented role.

Availability for weekend and shift work as required.

Dynamic individual with a strong service aptitude, passion for service delivery, and a proactive approach.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with analytical and interpersonal abilities.

Positive team player committed to exceeding expected service levels.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple tasks.

Willingness to continuously develop skills to align with organizational goals and adapt to transitions and disruptions.
