Hair & Scalp Consultant / Therapist

Description Job responsibilities :

*Conduct professional scalp and hair analysis to customers .

*Recommend hair and scalp care products, treatments ad packages to customers.

*Perform hands-on treatment ( hair wash, massage scalp, apply treatment, blow dry ).

*Follow up treatment results with customers.

*Build and establish good rapport with customers and account for high customer retention.

*Hit personal KPI .

*Ad-hoc duties .REQUIREMENTS :

*Min 2 yrs experience in hair and scalp industry 

*Pleasant personality and sales -oriented .

*Good interpersonal skill with strong communication ability.

*Able to speak basic Mandarin and English .

*Able to commit to retails hours.5-6 working days

*Ability to perform hair dressing duties will be an added advantage.
