Your team

Reporting to the General Manager, this senior individual will be a member of the Asia Management Committee (AMC).

The AMC comprises the operational management team managing the region, under the leadership of the GM (Regional Heads of Sales, Regional Head of Implementation Services, Regional CFO, Regional Head of Legal, Regional Head of IT operations, Regional Head of Compliance, Regional Head of HR, etc.).

Your mission

The Head of Business Management is a member of the regional Management team, reporting directly to the General Manager (GM) – Head of APAC.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Act as a deputy and trusted advisor to the GM.
  • Responsible for multiple projects and client, prospects, & partner related activities.
  • Aim to increase profitability, while increasing customer satisfaction and facilitating the sales process to drive higher revenues.
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation and sales and implementation services operations, leading to higher profitability and increased billable utilization of our resources.

What you need

  • Min. Degree qualifications preferably specializing in Business Management or Computer Science/Information Technology disciplines.
  • At least 20 years’ relevant experience within the IT Industry/financial services or in business consulting (with emphasis on large enterprise solutions implementations in the financial services industry)
  • Ability to communicate on a broad range of topics, eg: technology architecture and technical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management experience
  • Proven leadership management experience
