IT HelpDesk

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for end-users when seeking for technical assistance over the phone or email 
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by end-users
• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
• Follow up and update customer status and information

Job Qualifications:

• Min Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field 
  
• Good understanding of computer systems (including server and switches), mobile devices, network frameworks and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience as system administrator is a plus
• Experience in firewall configuration, cloud service is a plus
• Capability in DB extraction is a plus (eg: MS SQL, mySQL, Postgresql etc.,)
• Min 1 year experience on help desk preferred
