About PRVW

PRVW is a Singapore-based decision intelligence and AI consultancy building enterprise platforms for regulated industries. We are a bootstrapped startup with healthy runway, a small senior delivery team, and a funded engagement to deliver a financial services platform for an enterprise client in Singapore.

The platform supports complex financial services workflows, including structured data capture, operational processes, compliance evidence, decision support, and AI-enabled workflow automation.

We are looking for a Programme Manager to keep the engagement structured, coordinated, governed, and moving at pace.

The role

You will own the delivery rhythm, governance structure, stakeholder coordination, and cross-workstream execution of a fast-moving enterprise software build.

You will own the programme cadence, milestone plan, RAID log, governance forums, client-side coordination, action tracking, dependency management, and senior stakeholder reporting. The aim is structure that supports decisions and keeps delivery moving.

You will work alongside two PRVW delivery leads, one focused on commercial and one on technical, who hold the client relationship, scope authority, and architecture direction. You will also work closely with the Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner, who owns requirements quality and backlog readiness. You will keep the build team protected from uncontrolled stakeholder input while keeping the client informed, involved, and confident.

This role expects regular face-to-face time with the client, in the region of a few days a week, so you can run governance and coordination on the ground.

This role suits someone who brings structure without bureaucracy, manages enterprise stakeholders professionally, and keeps delivery moving in a startup-led build environment.

What you'll do

•     Own the programme delivery rhythm, governance cadence, milestone plan, and engagement operating model.

•     Coordinate PRVW delivery leads, client stakeholders, SMEs, product, design, engineering, compliance, operations, and senior leadership.

•     Maintain clear programme controls, including RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, dependency trackers, and status reports.

•     Run or support governance meetings, steering updates, working groups, sprint reviews, and delivery check-ins.

•     Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, client-side inputs, and the decisions required to keep delivery moving.

•     Work closely with the Senior BA / PO to align requirements, backlog priorities, sprint scope, stakeholder validation, and delivery milestones.

•     Manage scope-change control, escalating to the delivery leads where commercial or architectural trade-offs are involved.

•     Protect the development team from uncontrolled stakeholder input while keeping the client properly informed and involved.

•     Use AI tools where appropriate to accelerate meeting notes, action tracking, reporting, risk summaries, and delivery documentation.

What you'll bring

•     Experience as a Programme Manager, Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar role on software, digital, SaaS, platform, or transformation delivery.

•     Strong experience managing delivery across business, product, design, engineering, client stakeholders, and senior leadership.

•     Familiarity with agile, scrum, iterative, or hybrid software delivery environments, and the judgement to apply each where the work calls for it.

•     Strong programme control skills, including planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, governance, and stakeholder reporting.

•     Ability to create clear programme artefacts that support decision-making.

•     Confidence engaging with enterprise stakeholders and senior management.

•     Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•     Good judgement on when to escalate, when to resolve directly, and when to protect the delivery team.

•     Comfort working at pace in a startup or scale-up delivery environment.

Nice to have

•     Financial services, insurance, fintech, regtech, or enterprise SaaS experience.

•     Experience delivering platforms involving workflow automation, compliance processes, data capture, AI-enabled tools, or operational transformation.

•     Experience with Linear, Jira, Azure DevOps, Notion, Confluence, Slack, or similar delivery tools.

•     Experience working with AI-assisted software development teams.

•     Exposure to vendor-side delivery for enterprise clients.

•     Familiarity with Singapore financial services or regulated-industry delivery.
