JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare backend for clients
• Prepare hardware and make courier arrangements for clients
• Setup and train clients on both frontend and backend
• Assist clients on issues via WhatsApp, emails, phone calls and support software
• Guide clients on how to achieve their features
• Document any bugs/requests on support software
• Feedback to developers and follow through to resolutions
• User Acceptance Testing – Testing and new documenting releases

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 'O' levels and above
• Strong command of languages
• Weekly face-to-face meetings on Monday 10am
• Work remotely and independently
• Punctual and organized
• Update Office Software Tools daily and promptly
• Be responsive to all client messages > shorter than 5 minutes for first response
