Job Description

The successful candidate will work with Assoc Prof Ang Wee Han on development of new fluorescent probes and prodrug activation protocols under a project on Interrogating Cell Response to Oxidative Stress via Precise Photo-perturbation.


The main responsibilities of the position include: -

  1. Development of new fluorescent probes.
  2. Development of new prodrug activation methodologies.
  3. Evaluation of C3A libraries for high throughput screening.

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Chemistry.
  • Skills in chemical synthesis, microbiology, C3A methodology and experimentation.
  • At least two years of research experience in organic synthesis; familiarity with C3A methodology and experimentation.
