My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to optimise our end-to-end apparel production process. You'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from sourcing to delivery, while upholding the highest standards of quality, ethics, and sustainability. Your new role

• Oversee all aspects of the apparel supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to managing production, quality control, and logistics.
  
• Utilise AI tools to enhance procurement, manufacturing workflows, and demand forecasting. Build and nurture relationships with suppliers and manufacturers in key regions like Vietnam, China, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia.
  
• Negotiate favourable contracts and ensure timely delivery.
  
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, environmental standards, and industry certifications
  
• Analyse and optimise logistics fees, shipping routes, and delivery strategies to minimise costs.
  
• Develop strategies to scale operations and effectively manage supply chain disruptions. Work closely with internal teams (design, product, logistics) to achieve company objectives
  

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 7 years in supply chain management and procurement within the apparel industry with a Degree in Supply Chain or related
  
• Proven experience working with international suppliers. Deep understanding of garment production, sourcing strategies, and logistics.
  
• Proficiency in supply chain management tools
  
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
