Procurement Manager/Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate sourcing, assortment planning & pricing strategy for diverse geographical store locations.
• Conduct regular sales & GP review to ensure achievement of targets
• Source and approach new vendors & distributors, managing and nurturing strong relationships
• Negotiate with vendors for product assortments, costing and promotional support and activities to ensure competitiveness
• To provide merchandising guidelines for consistent display planogram for new store opening, re-zoning & introduction of new products
• Monitor sell-through, Plan actions to reduce aged/ slow-moving/ discontinued stocks
• Conduct market survey periodically and identify potential products replacements/expansion
• Liaise and work with Logistics department for timely delivery and Marketing department for in-store promotions

Requirements:  

• Familiar with regional Travel Retail environment  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, agile and driven to impact with growth mind-set
• Resourceful, independent and self-motivated
• Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Mandarin to manage Mandarin-speaking vendors and customers
