Citi Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd was established in 2005. In 2008 Citi Design & Build Pte Ltd was established to accommodate the needs of growing design and electrical portion of the construction industry. Citi Scaffolding Pte Ltd was later formed in 2010 to to perform our work in a more efficient and reliable way. Later in 2015 APM Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd was bought over in view of expanding and strengthening our capabilites and image in the construction industry. Confidence, Innovative, Timely and Impeccable are the key factors in the growth of the company and we are proud of it. Citi Groups of Companies started as a one man company, with sheer determination and hard work it has grown to a family of 250 members and still growing. Comprising of specialists in various fields in the construction industry, Citi Groups of Companies has the capability to undertake and manage major building projects and offers full suite of services to clients in the industrial, commercial, institutional and residential sectors. New building works and refurbishment to existing buildings, whereby any such works entail sub-structures, superstructures, excavation, piling, architectural works, mechanical & electrical works, road works and scaffolding are the few works to mention the capability of Citi Groups of Companies. Job Description:

  • To source, negotiate and purchase accessories (small tools, machinery parts, PPE, project material and stationeries) and services from identified and reliable sources, local and overseas. 
  • To create and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors. 
  • Received/ Check Material Request List if the material is necessary. 
  • Issue Purchase order, Follow-up Delivery, Check Delivery Order. 
  • Make summary of order for monthly closing. 
  • To manage, update and keep track of inventory balance and tools & machinery sent to site use. 
  • Liaise with Project Manager, Production & Site team for material orders and deliveries. 
  • Evaluate suppliers based on quality, on time delivery and cost competitiveness. 
  • Evaluate vendors performance. 
  • Ensure purchasing procedure comply with ISO standard 
  • Any other ad-hoc work assigned by superior/ management. 


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Degree in any field. 
  • Meticulous and well organized. 
  • Able to work independently and open-minded to solve tasks with initiatives. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words. 
  • Familiar with Purchase order (PO) and Service order (SO). 
  • Excellent negotiation skills, great interpersonal skill, Independent, Organized with positive work attitude. 
  • Candidates who are experienced in Construction industry will be an advantage. 
  • Preferably Singaporeans or SPR
