E-Commercer / Retailer

Job Responsibilities:

• To serve and greet customers when customers step into the retail outlet.
• To manage the company website, social media and e-commerce platform such as Shopee and Carousell
• To manage stock counts from both physical stocks and online stocks.
• To maintain the shop cleanliness and tidiness is part of daily job routine.
• Occasionally to handle cashier or sales transactions
• Any job-related duties/ tasks assigned by the director

Job requirements:

• Knowledge on Japanese Anime Culture (Plus point)
• Prior experience with retail & e-commerce (Preferable)
• Good understanding & usage of Microsoft office
• Good written and spoken of English and Mandarin to deal with different native of customer
