Fashion Retail Management Trainee

The Opportunity:

As a Fashion Retail Management Trainee (RMT), you will be embarking on a journey to hone your management and leadership skills in the world of luxury menswear accessories. 

Selected candidates will undergo intensive on-the-job training on product knowledge, customer relations, management, and store operations. There will be 3-month probation during which you will be assessed based on key performance indicators (KPI). After probation, you will be streamed to the department that you are best suited for - including merchandising, logistics, marketing, human resources, store management, sales and customer service. 

The Expectations:

• Handle store operations 
• Provide fashion and styling advice suited to customer needs 
• Provide excellent customer service (e.g. inquiries, sales purchase and after-sales activities, exchange & refund, etc.) 
• Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory 
• Lead the sales team to meet sales targets 
• Undertake leadership roles in selected departments 
• Handle ad hoc projects and administrative duties related to the store and office operations 

The Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of diploma/ degree in local polytechnics/ universities, preferably in Retail/ Fashion Management, Business or relevant disciplines
• Good leadership skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Independent, confident and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit 
• Well-groomed and neat looking 
• Able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment 
• Able to work retail hours, on weekends and public holidays 
• Experience in HR and administration preferred 

Immediate availability and relevant work experience will be an advantage
