Job Brief

We are looking for a competitive retail admin assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Retail Admin Assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Responsibilities

1) Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

2) Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

3) Maintain a fully stocked store

4) Ascertain customers’ needs and wants

5) Manage point-of-sale processes

6) Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments

Requirements

a) Proven working experience in retail sales

b) Proficiency in English

c) Customer service focus

d) Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

e) Basic administration skills
