Retail Associate - Department Store Counter

We are an established footwear retail company specialising in European brands, with several locations in central Singapore looking to grow our retail associate team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide and maintain excellent, professional and personalized service to customers

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers

• Manage inventory and maintain sales log

• Adhere to SOP at all times

Requirements:

• Retail industry experience is a plus

• Ability to speak basic Mandarin

• A good team player, pleasant, service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

• MUST be able to work 6-day work week (for full-time), roster-based retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)

• Full-time and part-time positions available
