Retail Sales Executive

We are currently looking for driven and passionate individuals to join our growing team. As a recognised local Singapore Brand, we are growing our digital sales channels and looking for linke minded individuals to make a true retail experience. 

Job Scope

• Contribute to continuous sales growth by achieving Monthly store target and Individual Sales goals
• Take ownership of individual item journey of customer pre-orders from the back end until item arrival in showroom.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly across all channels of communication
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers across all touch points (walk-ins, email, whatsapp, phone)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure open issues are closed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Have outgoing personality and have an understanding of customer service values.
• Sales experience in the furniture industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency is MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Digitally Savvy to work on Apps and website platforms
• Able to work on Weekends and PH is a must.
• Able to manage and prioritize tasks according to urgency.
