Retail Sales & Operations Manager

i. Retail Operations

• Manage all aspect of the Company's retail operations, including the Company’s e-commerce retail platform, payments, order fulfillment, inventory procurement and management, customer relationship management, staff recruitment, training, and retention
• Learn and become proficient with the Company’s operating systems and processes
• Assist in all other operational matters, as deemed necessary by the Company

ii. Sales

• Assist and play a role in formulating, implementing, and executing Sales plans and campaigns to grow the businesses, clients, and revenues of the Company
• Formulate, Implement and execute clients and prospects outreach, engagement, and conversion programs
• Build and maintain database of prospects and clients
• Secure client meetings
• Prepare sales pitch and presentations
• Track and manage Sales activities and reports for weekly meeting updates
• Effectively manage clients
• Meet / exceed Sales targets
  

iii. Marketing

• Assist and play a role in formulating, implementing, and executing marketing plans and campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversion
• Assist the team in meeting and exceeding marketing KPIs and ROIs
• Learn and become proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools
• Learn and become knowledgeable of the Company’s products and services, industry, and competitive landscape
• Generate and present market research, analysis, and provide recommendations on opportunities for growth and revenue generation of the Company
• Track marketing campaign results and provide a weekly summary report to the Company with the objectives of performance measurements
• Formulate, create, and execute actionable plans to achieve improvements in subsequent marketing activities
