Job Summary

We are seeking a polished and customer-focused SalesAdvisor to join our luxury gold retail team. The ideal candidate willdeliver exceptional client experiences, provide expert guidance on fine goldjewelry and investment pieces, and uphold the highest standards of luxuryservice. This role requires strong sales ability, product knowledge, and apassion for premium craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-end customer service in a luxury retail environment
• Assist clients in selecting gold jewelry, investment-grade gold, and bespoke pieces
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and repeat customers
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Provide expert knowledge on gold purity, craftsmanship, pricing, and market trends
• Handle customer inquiries, after-sales service, and product care advice
• Maintain elegant visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support inventory management, stock checks, and product displays
• Stay updated on luxury market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or high-end consumer sales preferred
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional grooming and confident client-facing presence
• Knowledge of gold jewelry, bullion, or precious metals is an advantage
• Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Integrity and trustworthiness when handling high-value products
