Job Description:

We are looking for highly-motivated superstars looking for a creative, dynamic and fun team environment with the opportunity to learn and grow professionally.

The Lead Generation Sales Associate, is a sales and marketing hybrid, focuses on generating high quality leads and appointments through building relationships with schools that use our educational technologies, cold calling, emailing & direct mail to identify strategic targets within the primary education market, following up on any contacts generated from both online and offline channels.

He or she will be a lead generation enthusiast with both online and offline sales/marketing experience and a passion for driving results through persistence, innovation and creativity. The role will work closely with field-based Sales Managers and the Marketing team around the planning and execution of lead generation marketing campaigns using a full range of direct and digital marketing channels.

· Generating high quality sales leads and appointments through traditional and non-traditional methods; i.e. cold calling, marketing, email marketing, conferences, current client referrals etc for the field-based Sales Managers to visit.

· Work collaboratively with regional field-based Sales Managers to hunt, nurture and identify trial and pilot opportunities and prospective leads.

· Follow up with leads on matters relating to trials, account opening, payment and other necessary actions to ensure a successful sale.

· Attend conferences and events when needed/required.


Requirements/Remarks:

· Experience in business, sales and/or marketing or education

· Passionate about education and technology

· Personable and articulate on the phone.

· Highly organized, can multi-task and

· Execute on marketing initiatives to drive demand, including generating interest, attendance and follow-up on trade shows, users’ conferences, dinner events and webinars.

· Ability to engage contacts, probe for information and qualify leads

· Comfortable making cold and warm phone calls, emails and direct mail to uncover quality leads and set meetings/appointments

· Thrive in a highly competitive environment and willing to be a team player to get the job done.
