Sales Engineer (Precision Engineering/Entry Level) - RPAL

Our client is a well-established MNC specializing in precision manufacturing and engineering solutions, supporting customers across various industries globally. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Engineer – Engineering to join their commercial team. They are located in the (West) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned customer accounts and act as the main point of contact for commercial matters
• Coordinate RFQs, quotations, costing submissions, and follow-up activities
• Support account growth through new program opportunities and product expansion initiatives
• Liaise with engineering, operations, quality, and production teams on customer requirements
• Track project milestones, sample builds, engineering deliverables, and program timelines
• Coordinate customer requests, project updates, and issue follow-ups across multiple manufacturing sites
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities and project handovers to operations
• Maintain quotation records, sales pipelines, account documentation, and forecasting updates
• Monitor customer complaints, corrective actions, and resolution progress with internal teams
• Assist in preparing business proposals, account reviews, presentations, and commercial reports

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related discipline
