Business Account Manager

Main Responsibities:

• To have primarily enterprise sales network and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible for managing enterprise sales with existing and new client base, and with the ability to sell deep into your accounts and ensure profitability.
• To have a strong presentation skill and are technical savvy enough to have a meaningful discussion with prospects.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people with your customers and understanding their needs and pain point.
• Possessed a keen sense of strategic selling and would know how to prioritize in order to meet set targets.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages assigned enterprise client accounts including major business partners
• Creates and leads meetings with enterprise partners and customers stakeholders regarding NOA services and projects
• Drives account management of multiple partners across multiple geographic locations
• Drive and identify improvements in NOA products and services and acts as a primary stakeholder in helping to provide requirements and use-cases to NOA Technical team
• Facilitates incident, problem and change management directly on behalf of enterprise business customers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Business Development and Marketing) on new business opportunities with partners
