Customer Account Manager

• Deploying integrated IT solutions for customers (both hardware and software)
• Serving clients to conduct product installation, training, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Maintaining a good relationship with existing clients, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Attending to client’s enquires timely and promptly
• Gathering requirements and feedback on products, and working closely with the Product Team to continuously improve the products
• Prepare quotations, and ensure timely payment from clients
• Lead customer management analysis with internal stakeholders to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are achieved

• At least a Bachelor's degree from recognized institutes 
• At least 2 years of experience in client servicing/ account management or similar capacity, preferably in EdTech, IT or related industry
• Able to communicate effectively in English (ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage, in order to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates)
• Comfortable with traveling for client visiting (for deployment, training purposes)
• Result-oriented
• Good team player
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Training will be provided
