Job Descriptions:
- Deploying integrated IT solutions for customers (both hardware and software)
- Serving clients to conduct product installation, training, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Maintaining a good relationship with existing clients, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Attending to client’s enquires timely and promptly
- Gathering requirements and feedback on products, and working closely with the Product Team to continuously improve the products
- Prepare quotations, and ensure timely payment from clients
- Lead customer management analysis with internal stakeholders to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are achieved
Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's degree from recognized institutes
- At least 2 years of experience in client servicing/ account management or similar capacity, preferably in EdTech, IT or related industry
- Able to communicate effectively in English (ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage, in order to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates)
- Comfortable with traveling for client visiting (for deployment, training purposes)
- Result-oriented
- Good team player
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Training will be provided
