EA Personnel - Maid Agency

Responsibilities:

• Attend to clients’ enquiries via walk-in, phone call or emails.
• Arrange Interview between Client and Helper.
• Counselling and Dispute handling.
• Must follow MOM Guidelines.
• Attend to administrative functions of maid agency.

Requirements:

• Must have CEI (Basic) Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
• Working experience in a maid agency.
• 6 working days.
• Team player.
