eCommerce Sales Executive

/V V Enterprise is a local retail company looking to expand their business online. 

Job Scope

• Product Listings management on all channels, include the content, product Main photos and product copy-writings. Make sure the product listing quality is consistent across all channels
• Monitor and enhance the online sales activity
• Liaise with managers to run promotions and campaigns across channels
• Maintain healthy stock level and update product description among all online channels
• Prepare promotional and marketing materials for product launch newsletters
• Analyse new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in global and local landscape.
• Analytical Reporting to managers, including keywords search, competitors landscape, list rankings etc
• Inventory management for in house and across all sales channels
• Prepare packing list daily to ensure smooth delivery
• Ad-hoc projects assigned by manager
• Customers service via email

Qualifications

• Diploma Holder or Above
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Must be proficient in MS office e.g. Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Proficient on Photoshop and Illustrator
• Familiar and willing to learn E-commerce marketplace operation
• 1-2 years working experience with e-commerce company
