Job Description - International B2B Event Sales Executive

Job Description:

Joining FORTEM (PRYSM SG) as an International Event Sales Manager is an exciting opportunity to share in PRYSM Group’s success by playing a key role in contributing to the company’s expansion into Asia. You will be part of a team of like minded and ambitious overachievers based out of a brand new spacious office. You will have the unique experience of working as part of a new extension of a well established company. 

The primary responsibility of the International Event Sales Managers, is to identify and recruit new exhibitors for the Group’s international trade shows. Therefore this role is perfect for those that enjoy working in a fast paced, proactive, client-focused sales role with an emphasis on new business development.

The PRYSM Group sales process and training program has proven to be among the best in the world. By working closely with the directors, you will develop and refine high level B2B sales skills and will learn how to achieve consistent results. The training is regularly revisited through interactive workshops. This combined with fun, high value incentives ensures that no two weeks are ever the same.

There will be many opportunities for promotion and progression as the company continues to grow and launch new projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Bringing in revenue through selling exhibition space & sponsorship opportunities
  • Generating business via cold calling, visiting exhibitions (local & international), social media networking and face to face meetings
  • Proactively utilising multiple methods to identify and maintain a strong pipeline of new business
  • Working with clients to identify and package their exact exhibition requirements
  • Visiting the company’s international exhibitions to repeat business with existing clients
  • Generating interest through engaging social media content

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong English
  • Additional key Asian languages (Big Advantage)
  • Ambitious, Driven and Motivated
  • Strategic and proactive worker
  • Experience working in a sales / business development environment
  • Experience opening and closing new business (Desirable)
  • Understanding of B2B sales and marketing
  • Educated to college level (Degree Level Preferable)

Salary:

  • Starting Base Salary - SG$3,000 - SG$3,750 per month (depending on experience)
  • Percentage commission on sales revenue
  • First year on target annual earnings - SG$75,000 - SG$100,000+
  • Second year on target annual earnings - SG$100,000 - SG$150,000+
