Role's Objective:

As a Logistics Service Officer (Business Development), you will be responsible for co-ordinating sales activities. Reporting into the General Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage and coordinate sales related activities involving sales of services, and any other related matters

• Management of business contract renewals and response to client on a timely manner

• Review of existing clients’ charges and service periodically

• Management of after sales services by addressing clients’ queries/feedback in an appropriately and timely manner

• Responsible for contracts renewal, including preparation and presentation of quotation to customers

• Render support to business unit requirements and needs

• Collaborate with internal departments to consistently meet customers’ requirements

• Support other sales and marketing related initiatives when required

Role's Requirements:

• Possess Degree/ Diploma with at least 1 years of working experience preferably in sales and marketing of logistics solutions. Those without sales experience but have working knowledge in warehousing and logistics management are strongly encouraged to apply

• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently

• Results-oriented and able to work under pressure

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Preferably possess own transport
