Partner Onboarding Specialist

You will be working alongside the co-founders of the Reubiks Mobile App. If you like to work with tech startups, enjoy meeting new people and has a passion for the education industry, this is definitely the job for you.  This job will challenge you , you will face rejections but you will also be heavily rewarded as the app gains traction, despite offering a salary, we hope to look for individuals whom are entrepreneurial and ready to take on this adventure of a lifetime,


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Cold-Calling of Tutors/Tuition Centres from different fields

2. Following up with Tutors/Tuition Centres from different subjects and persuade them to collaborate

3. Onboarding of Tutors/Tuition Centres onto Reubiks App

4. Tutor/Tuition Centre-Reubiks Relationship Management

5. Attending Events with Co-Founder to widen Reubiks’s reach

6. Liaison with other/external departments for PR purposes

7. Sourcing of Tutor/Tuition Centre leads (initial leads will be given)

8. Liaison with Tutors/Tuition Centres and to answer their queries if any

Proficiencies Needed

1. Basic Microsoft Word skills

2. Vendor Acquisition skills

3. Basic Negotiation Skills

4. Scheduling Appointments

5. Fluent English

6. Basic/Fluent Mandarin
