Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Update & manage content for Social Media platforms & website

• Handling customers enquiries and feedback

• Identify & develop new business channels (online/ offline) and opportunities

• Proactively maintaining good relationships with new and existing clients

• Coordinating with operation staff to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders

• Prepare reports for management on sales results, sales pipelines and account information

• Source & compare buying material for operation & exhibition /event

• Handle & schedule in sales promotional events & campaign

• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned (eg. CNY Factory Sales)

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / ‘O’ level qualification

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, experience in F&B sales would be advantageous

• Proactive, passion to drive sales and to achieve targets

• Good negotiating and communication skills

• Independent, detail-oriented with ability to multi-task

• Good command of spoken and written English, great interpersonal skills, customer focused
