Responsibilities:
To follow-up on new sales opportunities through inbound leads
To build and channel sales opportunities via direct customer engagement, written and tele-communication
To understand the needs and requirements of prospects
To manage all stages of the sales cycle including developing leads through prospecting, qualifying, customized proposal, contract negotiation, and project implementation
To close and achieve sales quota
To maintain good after sales service
To manage existing sales network and up-sell when necessary
Other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field(s), ideally with Xero Software knowledge
You should be conversant in both English and Mandarin (to be able to assist concerns and queries from Mandarin speaking clients), and possess strong written and communication skills
You should be self-motivated, results-driven and possess good problem-solving skills
You must have the ability to prioritize, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle clients professionally
You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work independently
You should also be able to work collaboratively in a team
Salary will commensurate with achievements of KPI and sales targets.
