Sales Manager

Anake Retail is looking a Sales Manager to offer personalised services to our customers to help them choose the right skin care products.

Job Description:

• Explain product and demonstrating to customers
• To assist in up-selling and cross-selling of products
• Provide high standards of customer service
• Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
• Ensure effective management and update of member database
• To source for new and appropriate clients
• To retain and service existing accounts with direct clients
• Achieve sales targets
• Process purchase and sales orders
• To realise business potential for company’s range of products
• Identify training needs of beauty consultants
• Facilitation of sales training programs
• Support delivery of new hire training

Job Requirements:

• Exhibit initiative and ownership
• Possess confidence and positive approach
• Sales driven in order to meet target
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in beauty retail sales and sales process management
• Proven sales track record
• Passionate about strategic solution sales
• Passionate about beauty industry
