Junior Shipping Executive / Assistant

Job scopes: • All import and export shipments’ arrangement and coordination. • Documenting of the full spectrum of shipping documents including Letter of Credit, Documents against payment, Telex transfer, custom permits, certificate of origin, cargo insurance ..etc required filling • Liaise with warehouse, suppliers, customers, bankers for all shipment related issues. • Correspondence with the customer after the shipment via e-mail regarding payment. • Declared Inward and outward permits, arrange inspections and insurance for shipments • Prepared monthly shipping reports and insurance declaration. • Ad hoc duties Requirement: • Minimum 2 years of experiences in Shipping & LC knowledge • Good team player & teamwork • Pass Customs permit Declaration test preferably • Cert. Is equivalent with O level is welcome • Able to start to work immediately or in short-period • Must have initiative and can work independently • Good follow up skills • Can Work under Pressure Experience: • Shipping and LC knowledge: 2 years (Required) Language: • English, Mandarin (Required)
