Responsibilities
- Customer Service Duties (Phone calls, walk-ins, and Email enquiries)
- Provide daily administrative support to the operations team
- Class scheduling for current & new students
- Class scheduling and liaising with part-time and full-time coaches
- Assist in event planning
- Maintenance and upkeep of the office and overall gym appearance
- Coaching for basic classes (training will be provided)
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks given
Preference will be given to candidates with a strong movement background(ie. gymnastics, dance, cheerleading)
Training will be provided upon successful applications
