Key Responsibilities:

  BDM will be responsible for growing the business in support of overall mode 1,2 and 3 plans.

 BDM must be able to build deep and lasting  relationships with Engineering Directors, VP and CXO

They would also need to closely work with other internal stakeholders like Pre sales managers, marketing Delivery Leads in business development, competency building and take complete responsibility & ownership for Delivery excellence in the respective technology practice areas.

 Expand existing foot print where we already have significant presence in all the Business Units of the existing customers and acquire new customer logos in the region

 To lead| guide| engage| manage and develop the team and ensure high employee engagement level in the team


Ø  5 + years of relevant experience in selling Product Engineering services in verticals like telecom, Industrial, Semiconductor OEM, Aero etc…

Ø  Excellent Account Management and Technical sales  skills to sell multi-disciplinary Engineering Services.

Ø  Good understanding of Engineering Services like ME,HW,SW,QA,CAE and emerging trends like digitalization, IoT, Automation, AI/ML…to drive creative propositions to customers leveraging internal and external assets/IPs.

Ø  Experience in creating deal constructs in Integrated Product Development and Sustenance Engineering ($ 3Mn+) including helping customer’s build business cases, analysis for business solutions and determining business value to HCL and the customer.

Ø  Strong Sales; Operations and Delivery handling experience

Ø  Ability to manage relationships at all levels internally as well as externally with various stakeholders for the accounts. This person would be also expected to collaborate with other stakeholders in this accounts including vertical sales like IT, BPO,, product managers; Delivery Directors; Operations Managers to build more business from the client and ensure the delivery function runs successfully as a self-contained unit.

Ø  Strong industry knowledge and they should be familiar with the technology trends, providers and solutions in the sectors.

Ø  Strong result orientation, good interpersonal skills and high level of team building capabilities.

Ø  Excellent written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.

Ø  Proven change management capabilities. High energy levels and decision making capabilities that support robust execution of plans.
